Dunno.... It maybe you have a corrupt item in your inventory, fubaring some of the others. The way to check that is kind of a pain though - means dumping every item you have on the ground, one at a time, and seeing if any of them do anything odd - like have their name missing, change models, etc. If one of them does something odd of this ilk, leave it there. Though sometimes you can sanitize such corrupted items by putting them in the bank or converting them to tickets (if applicable).

i just check a few item was bugged, i and did a check on the equipment
Dwarven Bolt was bugged so is my greater protection in my inventory

roll back to 2140 (+utc 0800) instead of 2150

shard and blood dancer is back but Orion Bow is missing now

There aren't any other rollback archives closer to that time. There's only four made per day. :\

Cause the Orion bow was loan from someone , Dark wolf; promised to
return to him ..
