ok i have talked to him and he said yes, hes not so happy about since he lvled some but he said yes..but maybe you could just like use a backupfile for that guy and maybe give it to me and you could just use his current one. you dont have to go through that trouble but im sure he will be more happy if you did this

Ye, could, if you were feeling generous, copy his character to your id, and toss the item in question into the great beyond, copy it back, and just assume he didn't gather an absurd amount of XP with it in the past few days... Granted, that'd be work, and more than I'd go through myself.
