I saw thothies post about November's update... So i hurried and now its here:
MASTER SWORD CONTINUED : UPDATER version Beta1

Q:What is it?
A:Simple file downloader which should update your MSC files

Q:How i keep MSC Updated?
A:Just run this updater regullary

Q:And features?
A:Now just simple check and download needed files... more in next Beta

NOTE: This is still just beta, so try to SET your path regullary.

I've not been home much lately, so the MSN kinda no good... If ya need something to make this updater work, you'll have to PM me. I dunno how you intend to integrate the autoupdater into the client side MSC... The file name that contains the update does change each month, but it has a consistant format. As for the DrEx database - more trouble than it's worth.

Awesome; place more work and make it client-friendly (so we don't have to download then talk to somebody else to finish using it) then I will fall in love with it

Or maybe I still won't like it... if I have an autoupdater... my excuse to ravage these forums for places to post will go away

if you can figure out a way to make it run after i double click msc and before it starts to play, then i will use it. otherwise, its not completely an "auto" updater
