Freezes when i try to start

When i make a game in steam it stops with 2 blocks left to go everytime, i have reinstalled changed options any help would be great please

the search button could help it takes verry long to load the parse stuff so wait longer then 1 min it can take over to 5 orsomething (anyway it looks that long when waiting )

I believe the step you are on is the "Parsing Info" part. You just have to wait about 2 or 3 minutes before it's complete. The reason it takes so long is because MS contains a lot more models and other things than any other mod. The only way to fix this is to cut down on the content of the game, which I doubt will happen.
