[DL] Short Sword Retex New Draw and Sheath Animations

I tried to imitate Skyrim as close as possible with the draw and holster animations. Tried to get textures from google and edit the UV map to fit into the model.

If ya can send up just the relevant altered SMD's and the texture, I maybe able to apply it. If I decompile it to extract them, the texture may skew.

Granted, the texture may have skewed when you decompiled it, in which case, I probably need to get you the actual source.

sure, but what SMDs, i mean, specifically? the original sword reference?

This one seems to work, and keeps the shinies.

Had to add:
Code:
$texrendermode "chrome.bmp" "additive"
To the QC though - otherwise sword comes up black-chrome after compile.

Granted, that looks kinda cool, so might keep it in mind for one of the quick-modified short sword models.

Not seen what it looks like in game, however. Mixed-rendered models sometimes fubar some GPU drivers as well, not sure what it'd come out looking like on those (whole blade may vanish).

I usually edit the additive thing using Jed's Half-Life model viewer. hehe :D
