Since sorting the files have been a difficult and apparently time consuming process I have sorted them in different folders.
Animations include the animations
Rosenhead includes the rosenhead
Staff includes the staff
and finally face_fixes include texture fixes for the current misalligned commoner faces
Thothie please tell if you need any more help with this, I really need them included for my project (The animations are the priority, I included the rest because you wanted it)
