Character transfer

Hi, I was wondering if I could get my character in slot 1 from my account on this SteamID: "STEAM_0:0:41636099" to this account: "STEAM_0:0:50915267"

Since I rarely use the account that my character is on, and I've just bought HL1 again for my main account and wanna start playing MSC again.
