Server Crashed just of a sudden after i open'd the door to go up (Could be because i was rusing and the door might blocked me)I will try it again to see if it just happend once

and yes the arti contained an lrod,doesn't it require like 4+ player to get one?
Because i was alone.

Sometimes from the low chest i get more items than i get from rare chests,if im right i my highest chest drops was by 5.

i have to say that ms_wicardoven orc chest works fine (brown chest) it contains:HP pot,MP pot,lesser ice blade,envenomed short sword and gold

Tothie <.< now i can't test when its lagging

Was testing ara,found another bug:

Each time a Elite Orc Archer hits me a arrow will float there where it hitted me


It won't disappear when it hits you. (only after a time)
I just standed where the arrow is :oldlol:

All chests are bugged (hidden house chest gave nothing)
When Boss arrives it doesn't go dark.

Bloodrose:
Entrance to Slithar bugged,Key won't drop

Mostly chest fixes, that I've yet to test here, and I'd rather do that before I sent up another alpha. But keep lookin for bugs, I'll get what I can.

Various folks are having difficulty with additive viewmodels (and p_models too, I think), but I canna duplicate them on any of my systems here, under XP nor Vista. (I gotta new fangled SDD I wanna play with, so maybe I'll rebuild my old Win7 boot there and see what happens.)

Im just about to test the other maps aswell so here again:
Bloodrose:
-Entrance to Slithar fails,Key wont drop.[Had to Teleport in there]
-Some of the Slithar chests are normal.
-Atholo Key works fine.
-Atholo won't get hit by Demon Bludgeon Hammer
-Atholo can't get killed when Slithar door isn't open. (Not even with commands)

Hm the Elite with the GIB had like 80% transpency aswell,But the Boss had like the original GIB (was on Helena)

The Ice Blade looks like the original GIB
While the GIB the transparency of the Ice Blade got
If you wanna know,how i know that then try and get a ice blade through islesofdread1 or spawn one :D

Yes, the chest-like object where you get the crimson key is broken, as are a lot of chests. (Only seems to be the brown ones that get messed up though. Except in Bloodrose, but that's because the chests are just normal chests, despite their misleading skins)

I used the Jade Key to get into Atholo's chamber without killing Slithar, and was able to kill both Venevus and Atholo. Demon Bludgeon hammer hit Atholo just fine.

Don't just spam slay, it can lead to all sorts of weird problems.

And if you are going to use slay commands, wait at least a few seconds after the monster has spawned, and started attacking, otherwise you'll end up with stuff like an invincible Atholo or Venevus.

Ya just that the GIB is the GIB with the transparenty of the Ice Blade and the Ice Blade's handle looks like a GIB one

And yes i did not use slayall except then when he already didn't wanted to die ;7
I didn't used it all the time D:

And i slained Slithar then tried to kill Venevus (stucked on venevus)

Venevus gets bugged if you try to slay him before actually damaging him for some reason.

He just gets infinite hp or becomes completely unkillable somehow.

Atholo just gets completely buggered because you can actually kill his elemental crystals by slaying them, which results in a rather funny bug message. (OMGWTF A CRYSTAL DIED!, or something to that effect)

I didn't used slayall a while when i was in the room. i came in hitted him a while got 3 times stunned down then i went a bit raging and used slayall but after that i wondered why doesn't he die?

Simple, you can't beat his haxing skills. :wink:

If i were you, i would start the map from scratch, kill everything normally, and then post things related to the map. Would probably be best that way.

zeus that's what i did lol.fighted all the way to venevus without commands,when i began to rage i just used blamb and that didnt worked i used slayall

Granted, he's immune to everything until you trip those crystals.

Just tested demon BH on ms_wicardoven it looks like it does normal blunt damage while also having a fire dot. Did the same damage to all types of maldora's minions, could not hit greater maldora's minions even the fire type, and worked just fine on Maldora's fragment.

There's a server-side patch (dlls only) in the alpha tester's inbox. It should fix the last of the chest issues and a number of the things recently addressed here.

Ah, yeah, I think it is blunt on strike + Fire DOT... Hrmmmm... Wondering if should fix or nay...

Um Tothie a few chests (Brown One) were working normal :p
Going to test in a few minutes (DONE)

Thornlands:
-Chests are working;Except Spider Boss didn't dropped that much sh*t

Old_Helena:
- Everything is fine :D so im should say its fixed

I would prefer it to do dark damage, but if it does fire it would make to many guys invulnerable to it which would be annoying, it is fine as normal.

QFT, would be hell annoying to have a new blunt weapon that dealt fire dmg only >_>
Also doesn't it sound just right to do non-elemental damage on strike + fire dot? (basically a forge made out of Bludgeon hammer + something else that adds fire dot to the weapon).

I thought it was supposed to be normal + fire, just like the hammers actual demon bludgeons use.

Demon Blugeons with Demon Bludgeons do Generic+Fire_DOT the way all older critters who do DOT do (not really having any other option at the time, but you still see it on some of the newer ones, for sake of balance vs. immunity).

Hrmm... Blunt+Fire_DOT doesn't really follow the line of logic the other fire weapons have. Could make it Dark damage, but a feature like that would certainly require a meaner formula (BD Hammah being the kindest of all the sorc smithie formulas).

I'd rather something much harder to get being worthwhile than having yet another easy to get fire based weapon.
