Können wir Deutsch?

Hi, I'm an English speaking MSC newbie, and I'm teaching myself German. Every time I play a new game, I look for native German speakers with the hope that I can get in some good practice with reading, writing and speaking.

Ich bin ein Student relativ neu, und also ist mein Deutch leider schlect. Hoffentlich können Sie mit dieses mir hilfen!

There are a bunch of german guys in tDK (myself, Bordoga, Vunam, Cyclohammer and others)

If you see any tDK member ingame, just ask if he's german. We sure like to talk german to you. Also vunam isn't the best english speaker due to his age, you might learn from each other.

A bit off-topic, but I always wondered why we don't have MS:C translated into other languages. It might attract more of a player base from other countries.

I think what keeps away alot of people is the need to buy half life to play this, even if its cheap.

That's great! I'll watch out for you guys. I'm studying from a textbook that was published in 1996, so excuse me if I use colloquialisms almost two decades old.

That's fine don't worry. It will bring you far enough, to learn German, and if something doesn't seem right, we germans are gladly to help I guess.
