LRoD is an interesting thing. You can run hte map till you are blue in the face and never see it once.... and then a handful of guys will run it and have it drop 6 times in one day.

:shock: Even the cragbeast blood for my Berserker epic in EQ wasn't that bad, and I consider SOE to be the pinnacle of stupid when it comes to game design. Three Cheers for Thothie for bringing us reasonable drop rates!

PA is a somewhat rare drop out of Wicard, so if you replace it with something weaker with the same drop rate I'm not sure how well that would be recieved because then you are still farming the hell out of a weaker versian of Maldora for far less. Other than that I think the concept is sound...

Have to agree with Thothie on this one. Personaly I think he's got it right on the money. Anytime I have seen any caster classified as a thaumatuge in any fantasy RPG their magic has always been offensive in nature, also very often shamanistic as well. Should be interesting to see how it all...

Can't say I quite understand what the original point of this thread was, but it seems to have just degenerated into one giant pissing contest. If the MS:C community keeps turning on itself this mod really will die. Please just enough with the infighting, let the Devs do their jobs and everyone...

I fail see undestand the source of your amusement, I already have many of my casting subskills at 31 and I know people that have them higher than me. 50 is not really that hard to fathom.

An interesting spell concept but if it starts at 5% Dmg reduction and raises 5% every lvl of Earth you would have 100% dmg reduction at Earth 20. That in mind you would be able to effectively solo every melee mob in the game by just standing there immune to dmg while 105% dmg is returned on...
