I was off at Sfor, handed all 5 symbols in, and killed the bastard, but there was no drop. Doesn't an Fshard always drop?

This may be something with the HL beta, but I noticed that I can no longer double click an item to put it into my hand (especially critical for casting spells). Is this unique to the beta, or are all players experiencing this?
