You might not need that many machines to run all the maps. You could run multiple instances of the server on one machine. That's what the server host companies do.
Think about the amount of players. Is there ever more than 10 players on at a time?

I was pretty good on light, and i could do some of the easier standard songs.
maybe he's like me and just piles things where they fit until you're satisfied with it, so you can hide it in a closet (ie. the server is set up and you don't need physical access to it any more)
Are you asking if it's ok to just log on to a map, then go away for an hour and come back? or stand in a group of guys letting your parry train up? or running a script to level you when you're afk?
I don't think anyone cares if you're in a map, then need to go afk for awhile

I'm almost certain it's not actually running at 2500. the memory actually runs at half the clock speed they say it does. the DDR part of GDDR3 stands for "double data rate." it basically means it moves 1250mhz worth of data over 625mhz of clock speed.

Because of the demand for PS3, and the limited supply, and the cost of production (sony loses money on each ps3 sold), etc... it will most likely stay the same price for at least a year, if not more...
