Well I'd like to point out one of the problems with surfing in ms, which will make it completely pointless. The only way to have some fun surfing is with sv_airaccelerate 100, but they have already made it impossible to change cvars. I havn't surfed in months but I could beat every surf map...

Well the point of all this would be to make the characters from 1.0 and 1.01 final not compatible with each other. So this would not be an issue anyway. But about how long do you think its going to take for the final 1.01 to be released?
